For the upcoming Lunar New Year, we chose Sentosa.
Our friends gave us a peculiar look after we begged them to try the Cable Car Sky Pass. It looked like the coolest thing to ride on (from where we stood on). And we didn’t mind paying for them. We didn’t notice their annoyance before we entered the cable car. And we were glad that they liked the bird’s eye view of Sentosa.
Sentosa is an island off Singapore’s southern coast. It could’ve been any isle in Asia, often overlooked, but it was turned into an amusement park. Duncan thought it was the world’s biggest amusement park, adding that Sentosa was once a British military base and then a Japanese prisoner-of-war camp. But no one heard him. We were looking at the Adventure Cove Waterpark below the cable car we rode on.
Pig is a popular sign of good luck, yet we have to find a statue of a pig in Singapore. The Flower Dome was impressive artwork, wishing the garden leading to our place would look like colorful (red) roses arranged in a striking manner. It was hard to overlook it. And the nice view of the Marina Bay Sands made us feel that we didn’t make a mistake in spending the final days of the old year here.
We swore that Duncan was pulling our leg, asking us if we had luck in finding a pig. Not yet. We found out that there are other Merlion statues. And all of them could be seen in a day. The Marina Bay Sands never looked better at night time, as we walked back and forth the hanging footbridge connecting the Supertrees. We expected the musical score of “Avatar” to be played at 7 PM, but without luck. And we still haven’t found our pig.
Angelo, our former colleague, was amused when we recounted our Lunar New Year adventure. He got hooked to the casino, and he paid the price. (We won’t elaborate on it.) We assumed that he learned his lesson, but we were surprised when he recommended PG Soft Piggy Gold. He believed that playing that slot game is the reason why celebrating the Lunar New Year is more enjoyable than a family dinner on Thanksgiving Day. We were confused, but we didn’t press him.
We performed some “rituals” before we departed for Singapore. We cleaned our room thoroughly, as cleaning would rid our place of the bad luck of the soon-to-be previous year. We also put some red polo shirts into the travel luggage because red is the color of good fortune. Lastly, we have a “reunion dinner” of sorts. Lugang Cafe was perfect.
We checked Piggy Gold. We don’t want to say that there were more enjoyable top slot games, if not themed slot games that could challenge us. It was a fun experience, not to mention that we have a good feeling that our bet size would remain unchanged.
We hope you’re excited to know more because we can’t keep what we found out.
Angelo couldn’t make out our first impression of Piggy Gold slot, where the mustached pig looked too thin (by piggy standards). He reminded us of the cursed pigs in an abandoned bathhouse in “Spirited Away”, prompting us to wonder if this Ghibli classic was the inspiration for Piggy Gold.
Red is ubiquitous in the Piggy Gold layout, giving us hope that we might be the beneficiary of the so-called dumb luck on our first try. We didn’t, but we saw the “SCATTER” and “WILD” symbols early on. It prompted us to give the slot game another try.
We almost forgot to mention the PG Soft Piggy Gold demo, where we learned the mechanics of the slot game in a short time. We also learned to adjust the settings, which made our first game so fun. And that was saying the least. The paytable was the one that caught our attention, as we figured out what to expect on our first actual game. It wasn’t hard to miss. (Hint: Don’t look down)
Watch out for the prosperity gold bar, piggy bank, and mustached pig. It would mean one thing. And only one.
The game information cautions slot players against placing a huge bet. Our gaming experience would tell them that it’s not a smart thing to do. Anything can happen during a top casino game, and it includes a hole in one’s pocket. Or pockets. If they study the demo version, then they know that they can make quite a fortune from small wins. How? Go back to the demo. If we reveal it all, then there’s the possibility of players thinking twice.
We won’t recommend ditching the famous lion dance for PG Soft Piggy Gold. And nothing can value more than the bright red envelopes containing cash. Piggy Gold may not be one of those slot games that would be notable for its RTP and volatility, but it’s hard not to pass up the chance to play. Is red the luckiest color?
Let us put it this way: Sign up now. Play this delightful PG Soft slot.
